500 hectares
of vines located in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre on
clay-limestone and on silty-gravel soils.
Our land produces dry whites and moelleux, rosés and, above all,
very robust reds. In all, a production of 28000 hectolitres of
wine with the appellations AOC Bergerac, Côtes de Bergerac,
Montravel and Côtes de Montravel.
Specifications for production conditions were set up in order to
encourage the producers to produce high-quality, healthy, ripe
and concentrated grapes:
- Follow-up of plant health treatments,
- De-suckering,
- Removing excess foliage
- Thinning,
- Maturity controls at grape harvest time.
The follow-up of vineyard work as well as material investments
in wine warehouses (thermoregulation of the tanks) ensure wine
making management under good conditions, for the development of
high-quality wines. |
