Grape Varieties: A blending of grape varieties which clearly
reveals itself in the aromas and full, fruity structure: 50%
Cabernet Franc, 30% Merlot, 20% Malbec (Côt).
Harvest: At optimum ripeness.
Vinification: At low temperature.
Elevage: Short period of elevage and early bottling to
conserve the freshness.
Colour: A deep pink colour obtained by 36-48 hours of skin
contact at low temperature.
With food: Accompanies starters, relaxed holiday meals,
barbecues.
Nose: Defining aromas is a game which only adds to the
pleasure of wine drinking – and still exists even if one can’t
put a name to the smell!
Palate: Distinguished, refreshing, the perfect summer wine.
Serve chilled.
Keeps: 2 – 3 years.

Grape Varieties: 60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Franc
Harvest: At optimum ripeness
Vinification: A long, temperature-controlled maceration period
to encourage complete extraction of the desirable elements
enclosed within the berry’s skin which bestow both elegance
and structure on the wine.
Elevage: In vats
Colour: A deep red bordering on black.
Nose: Fully and delightfully representative of the wine mostly
given over to aromas of extremely ripe fruit.
Palate: Magnificent structure, generous, very aromatic, a good
bouquet typical of the appellation but with charm and
authenticity.
Keeps: Ready to drink now although has the potential to be
laid down.
With food: White meat, poultry, bean stews.
