Harvest : Ripe
Vinification : Skin contact. Low temperature fermentation.
Elevage : Fine lees contact
Colour : Pale yellow with hints of green
Nose: Very specifically Sauvignon, grilled notes
Palate: Full and round giving way to a lively fresh sensation
of biting into the grapes.
Serve chilled at 6-7°C.
With food: An extremely pleasant glugging wine which goes
beautifully with shellfish and seafood.
This cuvée is named in honour of Monsieur Jean Gazziola, founder
of Château les Plaguettes.

Colour: A silky smooth, deep ruby colour

Palate: Aromatic development of fresh, fruity notes enlivened by
spices which bring back memories…
Keeps: To be drunk within five years.
