Sometimes it is enough simply to roll the powerfully
evocative and tantalising names of certain
appellations around one’s mouth, for the palate to
respond with a shiver.
What pleasure in itself to greedily recite names
redolent of promises of flavour and freshness, of
generosity and fullness.
Rosette AOC wine is mainly blended from three different grape
varieties - Sémillon, Sauvignon and Muscadelle. It is an
unusual sweet white wine, extremely elegant, supple and round
with a very pale straw colour. It is defined by its very
specific ‘terroir’ of exposed hillsides north of the Dordogne
Valley.
