Sometimes it is enough simply to roll the powerfully evocative and tantalising names of certain appellations around one’s mouth, for the palate to respond with a shiver. What pleasure in itself to greedily recite names redolent of promises of flavour and freshness, of generosity and fullness.

Our wine growers

Rosette AOC wine is mainly blended from three different grape varieties - Sémillon, Sauvignon and Muscadelle. It is an unusual sweet white wine, extremely elegant, supple and round with a very pale straw colour. It is defined by its very specific ‘terroir’ of exposed hillsides north of the Dordogne Valley.
