Monbazillac « Cuvée Audrey »

WINE-MAKING PROCESS
Fleuron du Domaine (“The Jewel of the Estate”), Monbazillac, occupies the majority of our soil. These are the oldest vines on the property. This nectar is extracted in four successive selections for optimal concentration. You will find it on your tables after 24 months of ageing.


GUSTATORY CHARACTERISTICS
This is a light yellow vintage, whose very fresh, fruity nose mixes lemon and tangerine. In the mouth, hints of citrus come out again, and it finishes with a warm touch in a light, harmonious style.

GUSTATORY CHARACTERISTICS:
It smells of candied fruit, dried apricot, exotic fruit. Its mouth is round, full, with great aromatic delicacy and a surprising length.

SERVE WITH:
Foie gras, melon, Roquefort, chocolate, aperitif…

KEEPS 10 to 20 years

SERVE AT 8°C
