On the
hills of Pomport, overlooking the
Dordogne River valley, in the heart of the Monbazillac vineyards,
a family carries on the work of a long line of wine growers.
It all began three generations ago. The Grandfather started this
long journey in the 1930s, before passing on the torch to his son
and daughter-in-law, Alain and Josy, in 1980.
At that time, the property increased from seven hectares to 35.
He acquired plots of land on different types of soil in order to
produce a multitude of types of wine.
At the end of the
1990s, the two daughters embarked their clans on this big adventure,
with the help of their husbands. Today, the property consists of 70
hectares.
Laurence and Philippe are in charge of production.
Audrey and Olivier take care of marketing, shipping, and logistics.
All the family takes pleasure in presenting you their range of wines...
This large range includes dry white, Côtes de Bergerac Moelleux (a
sweet dessert wine), Bergerac and Côtes de Bergerac red wines, as well
as Monbazillac and Blanc de Blanc (white).
On the basis of these few sentences, it only remains for you to taste,
for example, a Côtes de Bergerac red or a Monbazillac ....
The Sergenton family also welcomes you to their holiday cottages, “Les
Vents d’Anges”.
