and organic amendments...

Nine hectares are white grapes and 13 hectares are red grapes
Density: 3000 vines/ha
Vineyard average age:
Red: 20 years
White: 30 years
Soil and subsoil: Clay-limestone for the vines facing
north on the summit of the hill overlooking the Dordogne Valley
(Castillon limestone is present) for red grape varieties.
Siliceous-clay soils are reserved for white grape varieties.
Planting:
Red: Cabernet Sauvignon 20%, Cabernet Franc 10%, Merlot Noir
60%, Côt or Malbec 10%.
White: Sauvignon 30%, Sémillon 50%, Muscadelle 20%.

Maceration period:
White: Six to eight hours
Rosé: 12 – 24 hours
Aging: Vat, French oak cask
