A rich, sweet ‘liquoreux’ wine
with an aroma of dried fruit and honey. It is best drunk
as an apéritif (with Roquefort), with ‘foie gras’, melon
or dessert.
A strict selection of botrytized
(Noble Rot) and raisined (dried) grapes. Fermented and aged in
new barrels for 18 to 24 months. Even richer and more
concentrated.

The fresh, fruitiness of this wine
seduce all who taste it. Best drunk as an apéritif and
with sea food dishes.
A manual
and selective harvest (with several passages or 'tries')
of extremely ripe Muscadelle, Sémillon and Sauvignon
grapes. The fermentation and elevage processes take
place in oak barrels. Elegant and rich are the terms
best used to describe this wine

drunk with cakes and biscuits.

A
dark-coloured wine, round and full with red fruit
flavours. It can be drunk young but improves with
several years.
The
grapes come from the oldest vines and are carefully
selected during the harvest. The elevage, the period
between fermentation and bottling, takes place in oak
barrels over a period of 9 to 15 months. L’ Extase is a
new wine which combines the concentration obtained from
the exceptionally high quality grapes with new barrel
elevage. The wine is elegant, weighty and full-bodied.
Pécharmant
A highly-coloured, robust red
wine with an agreeably long finish. It is best drunk with
red meat, game and cheese.
