Grape Varieties :
15% MALBEC
25% MERLOT
60% CABERNET


Production : 26,000 bottles

Vinification :
Pumped over twice daily in tank for a period of 20 to 25 days. Tank elevage for 12 to 24 months.

Tasting Notes :
A powerful, generous, well-structured red wine which is has grown more supple by its third year and which reaches its peak in its 7th or 8th year.
Serve at 17° -18°C as an ideal accompaniment to meat, game and cheese.
