Bergerac Rosé : The Bergerac Rosé is sold
under the name « Clos St Germain ».
• It is made from a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40%
Cabernet Franc.
• It is obtained with the « bleeding » method.
• A short vinification period.
• To be drunk :
Dry and very fruity this wine should be served chilled. It
accompanies starters, plates of cold meat and summer grills
beautifully.
