of lamb, roast chicken.

Lovely, intense garnet colour with violet highlights.
Nose has aromas of ripe red fruit (cherry, cassis) with a hint
of vanilla.
Round, fleshy mouth.
Good tannic potential.
Serving suggestions:
Roast beef en crust, duck breast with mushrooms, duo of
chocolate and bitter cherry.
A “vin de garde” that will be at its peak in 4 or 5 years.
