Who are we ?

St Alvère in the Périgord :
the first truffle market
in France to have gone
on-line !

The vineyard covers 30 hectares :
• Five hectares are planted with white grape varieties (68% Sémillon, 4% Muscadelle and 28% Sauvignon).
• Twenty five hectares of red grape varieties (50% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc and 37% Cabernet Sauvignon).

We work with specialists who help us cultivate the vines using sustainable farming methods :
• Regular soil analysis to assist in the choice of rootstock when planting, the choice of grape variety, the type of fertiliser and cultivation methods.
• Pruning and soil maintenance methods adapted to the terroir.
• Sustainable farming practices which help protect the environment.

We also follow the advice of an oenologist particularly during the harvest period :
• Samples taken from each parcel of vines to decide upon harvesting date.
• Separate vinification of parcels depending on the terroir.
• Vinification methods adapted to each vintage and to market requirements.
