Bergerac Rosé
Grape Varieties : 25%
Merlot, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc
Vinification : After
steeping 24 to 48 hours, the grapes are fermented in their clear
juice at low temperature for two to three weeks.
Elevage : In stainless steel
vats with regular drawing off, for six months.
Bottling : Bottled on the
property.
To be drunk : Drink this
wine within two years. Serve it at 12°C. It goes well with all main
dishes, especially assorted cold meats and grilled meat.
