Barrière Chateau: After the
lords of Barrière from the 12th to the 15th century, then the
lords of Lur, the chateau went to the Taillefers in 1600; It was
besieged several times during the Wars of Religion, then the
chateau had its time of splendour during the 17th century. Only
the monument’s oldest parts remain. At present, a restoration
program is in progress.

Saint-Pierre-ès-Liens Church
Saint-Pierre-ès-Liens Church
The church, which was reorganised in the 19th century, was built
at the beginning of the 13th century through the will of
Magdaleine de Taillefer, the sister of the Marquis of Barrière.
The steeple was rebuilt several times, as shown in old postcards.
Fossil Museum
Fossil Museum: Mr.
Briaudeau, a passionate collector, created a genuine fossil
museum, the result of years of research, of exchanges and
purchases. Each piece has its story, which Mr Briaudeau tells
with passion. Visit by appointment.
The Old Clovis-Reymond Distillery
Founded in 1834, it receives visitors and sells excellent
products.

event has become a “not-to-be-missed” for antique-hunters. Each
year, more than 200 exhibitors come together in the town.
