In the valley,
on the banks of the river Dropt, Cadelech’s Romanesque chapel
is a former 11th-12th century Benedictine priory.
The chapel harbours a wooden statue of Our Lady of Folgoat.
She is worshipped particularly by the Breton families
installed in the region since the end of the first world war,
and much visited during the Breton annual pardons pilgrimage.
