on-line !

Version Française

The village of St Aubin de Cadelech stretches along the departmental road D107, twenty kilometres south of Bergerac.

It sits on a hillside overlooking the length of the Dropt valley. The commune borders onto the Lot et Garonne département.

The village was founded in the 13th -14th century by Benedictine monks (affiliated to St Martial de Limoges Abbey) already present on the site. St Aubin de Cadelech is essentially a farming community with vineyards, orchards, livestock and a variety of crops. The commune has a population of 334* and is twinned with Boofzheim in the Bas-Rhin.
