St Alvère in the Périgord :
the first truffle market
in France to have gone
on-line !

THE STRUCTURES
The « Chorum » Business Centre was set up in February 1994.

It is based in the « Roc de la Peyre » Economic Activities Zone which has two major advantages :
• It is near the RD 939 road.
• It is in a calm and « remarkable » environment.

The Business Centre is run by the « Chorum » Association, founded in April 1994 and by the commune of Sigoulès. Chantal Paloméra is employed by the association as secretary and Laurence Chort as receptionist.

The main aim of the Business Centre is to provide optimal conditions for setting up a new business or installing an already established one. Rent is low, services are shared and, above all, support is provided for those setting up in business.

The structure inherently provides support; everyone there has experienced, or is experiencing the same difficulties, making it easy to establish relationships with one’s colleagues.

Because of the difficulty of finding premises or in order to help new business who do not yet need external premises, the «Chorum» Association proposes that they use the Business Centre simply as a business address.
