The business
service centre created in 1994 is managed by the association "Chorum”.
The business service centre’s primary objective is to provide
entrepreneurs with the optimal conditions for start-up or home
activity. Accommodation at a lower cost, common services and
assistance for creators.
The structure lets them feel supported, to find colleagues
around them who are facing or have faced the same difficulties,
and to build relationships. |

Moreover, to
address problems of the availability of premises or to help
entrepreneurs who do not want to move immediately, the
association “Chorum" offers to domicile new companies in the
business service centre.
Common services: telephone (connection to the switchboard), fax,
photocopier, mail delivery (arrival - departure) provided by the
post office, secretarial work performed by the employee and
Internet subscription. E-mail is available to tenants and
domiciled businesses.
Today, 22 companies from various professional sectors are
located in Roc de Peyre totalling about a hundred jobs.
10 companies are located in the Economic Activities Park, 12 are
installed in offices or shops within the business service
centre.
Five companies are located outside the area and benefit from
social domiciliation in the business service centre.
Given the constant number of requests from businesses and
artisans to establish themselves, a fifth instalment is planned.
