The business service centre created in 1994 is managed by the association "Chorum”.

Its goal is:
-to provide entrepreneurs with the optimal conditions for start-up or home activity. (Accommodation at a lower cost).
Thanks to this structure, they benefit from the technical means (shared services) and human services (secretarial work) that are essential for their proper functioning, and from the proximity of entrepreneurs already installed, who can help them make the most of their experience.

-to make these same services available to existing businesses, to further their development while ensuring their continued activity in rural areas.


Furthermore, to cope with problems of the availability of premises, or to help entrepreneurs who do not wish to move immediately, the association “Chorum" offers social domiciliation of companies at the serviced offices.

- TELEPHONE SWITCHBOARD
Receiving and processing calls directly on Chorum’s switchboard


- ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARIAT


- Keeping schedules (making and managing appointments)
- Opening, sorting, and processing the mail
- All computer work (various mail, estimates, invoices, spreadsheet, database ...)
- Preparing files, copying (invitations to tender or other)
- Following-up cases in progress (invitations to tender ...)


- COMMERCIAL SECRETARIAT

- Market canvassing (e-mail, mailings, creating posters, ...)
- Monitoring and following-up in various ways (prospects, customers, suppliers, by phone or by mail)

NB: photocopying, fax and binding services are available to individuals (at different prices).

Today, over 20 companies from various professional sectors are located in Roc de Peyre totalling about a hundred jobs.

Some are located in the business park, others in offices or shops in the serviced offices.
Five companies are located outside the area and benefit from social domiciliation in the serviced offices.

Given the constant number of requests from businesses and artisans to establish themselves, a fifth instalment is planned.
