Over the last few
years, Paleyrac local representatives have made housing a
priority :
A commune-owned house has undergone renovation, a garage built
and central heating installed.
Forthcoming projects concern the development of the village.

This partnership begun with the creation of SIVOM in 1964.
In 1993, this organisation was replaced by the District of
Cadouin which was, itself, converted into a « Community of
Communes » the 1st January 2002.
