The 174* inhabitants of the commune of Paleyrac are spread between the village itself and five outlying hamlets : Le Maine, Le Couderc, Les Spirits, La Valade and Le Plassalet.

Situated several kilometres from Le Buisson in the Sarlat direction, the small village of Paleyrac is reached after a right turn up several hundred metres of hillside a few kilometres after Le Buisson.

Twin Towns
Paleyrac is twinned with the commune of St Marcelline in Quebec.

Fax and photocopier available for the local population (see town hall for conditions).

A village hall with a capacity of 40 persons is available free of charge for local inhabitants.
