Many local farmers sell their produce on the market. They are
passionate about their own locally-grown production which
changes with the seasons: asparagus, strawberries, grapes,
apples, mushrooms, kiwis…
Rediscover lost flavours: old-fashioned 'real' bread,
firm-fleshed poultry… quite enough to make any gourmet's mouth

Ville de Bergerac's website for days and dates.
