Agriculture
The commune of Badefols has two large farms, one of which extends over 200ha with 200 head of cattle. The other, Le Domaine de Barbe, specialises in the production of foie gras and was highly commended at the 2002 Agricultural Fair.
The fisherman, Jean Gagnou, should also be listed under ‘Agriculture’, the Dordogne River being his place of work.
