A history of river transport and the wine trade is presented through a collection of objects, photographs, archives and magnificent models of boats.

The museum devotes two floors to a detailed history of river transport.

The ground floor includes a section on barrel-making which occupies an important economic place in the Bergerac’s history. The first floor is devoted to wine and the second to model ‘gabares’.
