Listed as an
Historical Monument, Tresseroux’s small church
is all that remains of the Benedictine Priory
attached to Ligueux Abbey, north of Périgueux.
A two-bayed nave
is prolonged by a bay which made up the
chancel and flat chevet; the entire church is
covered with pointed barrel vaulting.
The small, 7.5m by 17m church has been
recently renovated.
