Campsegret Rambler’s Circuit

Starting point :
take a north-west direction from the church door. At the foot of one of the towers follow the path up the hill behind the village (the Eymérilles) to the tarmac road on the left. Take the footpath which appears on the hillside to the right.
At the top of the hill turn slightly to the right and follow the forest path for 200m. Cross the RN21, head south for 100m and then turn left along a gravel footpath. Follow the footpath for 1km before turning right down a DFCI, fire-barrier footpath, « Donnes Lake ».
At the end of the footpath follow the tarmac road for 1km past a clearing, then take a white path on the left for 500m, turn right to Monregret, back through the woods, past an abandoned house, towards Les Mauroux and Bord de Labour. Cross the RN21, turn right, then left and return to Campsegret via a tarmac path running alongside the Beausoleil lake.

Shortcut n°1 : Turn right at the hilltop and return the 2km to Campsegret.
Shortcut n°2 : Turn west along the tarmac road to Puydorat to return the 1.5km to Campsegret.
