-We work with independent government approved technical experts who
will carry out the legally required surveys on the property. We
will bear the cost of the DPE (energy performance survey) and asbestos
surveys if we have your property for sale as an exclusive and complete
the sale on your behalf.
-A valuation service is available for the sale of your
property.
-If you need to find a property to rent prior to the final signing of
your house we can help you to find suitable accommodation.
-With our extensive contacts and local knowledge we can advise you on
builders, craftsmen and project managers plus local suppliers,
even down to satelite installation.
