The present site constitutes a work of which the Association Pays du Grand Bergeracois is the author in the sense of articles L.111.1 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
Photographs, text, slogans, drawings, animated sequences with or without sound, as well as all work integrated into the site, are the property of the Association Pays du Grand Bergeracois or third parties having authorized the Association Pays du Grand Bergeracois to use them. The logos, icons, and graphics present on the site are protected by the title of authors’ rights and by articles L.511.1 and following of the Intellectual Property Code relative to the protection of the registered designs.
