Frédéric: After studies in the clothing trade, he returned to
what he has known since childhood: the glass, becoming an
apprentice in the family workshop. After obtaining a
Certificate of Qualification in glass and three years of
employment, he set up shop with his partner in 2001.
Cecile: After studying silkscreen printing (three years of
apprenticeship), she was a silkscreen printer in a company in
Toulouse for five years.
But she was fascinated by the craft of glass blowing and
decided to learn blowing in Fongecif (individual training
leave) for a year with a craftsman blower in Monpazier
(Dordogne). After obtaining a Certificate of Qualification in
glass, she set up shop with her partner in 2001.
Manufacture of utilitarian and decorative glass work for
direct sale at the studio, creation of sculptures and unique
Custom-made projects, repair, restoration of antiques.
addition, Cécile creates contemporary Roman- and
Glass work involves learning a delicate material, subject to
temperatures and colours, it is the result of alchemy.
Everything depends on organizing a space, acquiring quick
reflexes that leave the mind free to create.
Our designs are inspired by nature, the world of children,
visits to museums, natural history and everyday life.
The history of glass is ancestral: sand, water and fire. It is
an art that constructs and builds for generations to come, as
those who preceded us.
