PILATES METHOD
DISCOVERING OUR BODY FOR BETTER BODY BALANCE

Noa Studio in Bergerac offers Pilates sessions in groups, small classes or individual lessons. Exercises take place on "High Mats" or with the Pilates equipment with which the studio is equipped: Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and Magic Circle. (Unique in the Dordogne!).

This method of physical training, created by Josef Pilates, has proven itself over the past hundred years, particularly in the world of dance and physiotherapy.
The Pilates Method develops the body harmoniously: lengthening and strengthening the muscles, slimming down the body shape, making joints and, most notably the spine, stronger and suppler, improving general maintenance, preventing injury and increasing vitality and a sense of well-being.
Movements follow on from each other fluidly with precision and control and in time with breathing.
With over 500 mat or machine-based exercises, Pilates offers a varied and stimulating form of training which can be practiced by anybody in good health, regardless of age or physical condition.
The Pilates instructor is state-qualified having attended Boularis C.R.E.P.S. (Centre of Resources, Expertise and Sporting Performance) and holds a diploma from the Michael King Institute of Pilates.
Courses and certification with world-renowned teachers such as Lolita San Miguel, Jay Grimes, Michael King, Eva Winskill ....
Nora wants to share the best of this exercise system so that it becomes a valuable tool for you, leaving its effects outside the classroom, too ... in your everyday life!

Course location:
-Desha Moulin dance school, 4 rue des Trois Frères Cassadou, 24100 Bergerac
