Even Core is a new method inspired by the movements created by
Joseph Pilates. It is based on global body work including
breathing, control and concentration. The alternation of muscle
strengthening exercises and stretching rapidly gives you a toned,
flexible and balanced body. Correct your posture, take control
of your body and gain strength through specific work for
abdominal and lumbar back muscles.
This method promises, above all, general well-being, reduced
pain in joints and muscles, and better body control.
It is for everyone in good physical health. You can start at any
time of year and work within your capabilities in a small group
(8 people maximum). You may also have private tutoring and use
the Pilates Chair.
