We are Périgourdin walnut producers...
...and, at Molières, have seven hectares of walnut orchards planted over several generations with the GrandJean and Franquette varieties of walnut.

We obtained the AB (organic production) logo in October 2001 and our farming is entirely ecological: sheep dung, organic fertilisers, gentle pruning etc.

The walnuts are harvested manually, washed in pure water and immediately put into dry storage to ensure both a delicious flavour and a long life.

We convert our walnuts into a wide variety of produce sold, under the brand name «OccitaNoix», at local markets, at the farm, in a variety of shops and by correspondence.
