Danos Foie Gras offers a full range of local produce of exceptional quality and culinary refinement, all prepared in the best Périgourdin tradition.

Preparation :
According to EEC regulations we have two separate buildings for the preparation of all preserves.

Cold Preparation :
The foie gras and pâtés are prepared in an air-conditioned room with a maximum temperature of 12°C.
 

   
Hot Preparation :
Ready-cooked dishes simmer in large saucepans or cook in the ovens. This is a room where the sense of smell is overwhelmed by the aromas of duck confits and cèpes mushrooms and other delights.
