Danos Foie Gras
offers a full range of local produce of exceptional quality and
culinary refinement, all prepared in the best Périgourdin tradition.
Preparation :
According to EEC regulations we have two separate buildings for the
preparation of all preserves.
Cold Preparation :
The foie gras and pâtés are prepared in an air-conditioned room with
a maximum temperature of 12°C.
