In the best
farmyard tradition, our
animals are treated with great respect. They are crammed with a mix
of maize without GMO and whole grain, cooked as it always has been. We slaughter
and process the ducks and geese on the farm in buildings respecting
all the sanitation and hygiene norms (f 24 259 06 isv).
Recognized quality
we have obtained numerous first prizes from 1983 to the
present day in the award-winning market in Périgueux, for our whole
goose foie gras, and in the Landes.
In 1998 at the 11th « Foie Gras Salon » our whole goose foie gras
won a bronze medal. This is a nationally respected Salon.
We reserve a warm welcome for visitors to the « Périgord Pourpre ».

Bergerac’s Covered Market Hall.
You will find all our products as well as Monbazillac, fig jam and
onion jam, canned truffles, truffled oil and vinegar, gift baskets
from 10 to 85 € and a range of foie gras accessories (service,
cutting wire...)
Open every Tuesday to Saturday morning (from 8:30 to 12:30) during
the tourist season
And Gourmet Wednesdays (July and August) starting at 6 p.m., with
live music, wine tasting and sampling of farm products.
