St Alvère in the Périgord :
the first truffle market
in France to have gone
on-line !

   

In the best farmyard tradition, our animals are treated with great respect. They are crammed with a mix of maize and whole grain, cooked as it always has been. We slaughter and process the ducks and geese on the farm in buildings respecting all the sanitation and hygiene norms (f 24 259 06 isv).

     

Recognised Standards of Quality
We were awarded
numerous first prizes in 1983 and 1987 at the reputed Périgueux Fair for our whole goose foie gras.
In 1998 at the 11th « Foie Gras Salon » our whole goose foie gras won a bronze medal. This is a nationally respected Salon.
We reserve a warm welcome for visitors to the « Périgord Pourpre ».
During the summer we organise tours around our farm to show off our work.
