The Kuster family
produce foie
gras and unusual or traditional, home-made Périgourdin dishes.
Their produce is free of additives and chemical preservatives
and prepared from geese and ducks raised and fattened at the
Domaine de Barbe.
Our manufacturing takes place in plants certified to European
Union norms and controlled by state services (veterinary
services and the Fraud Squad).
By being meticulous and using a professional code of ethics, we
set ourselves specifications that respect consistent,
traditional practices, guaranteeing you wholesome, flavourful
products.
