and Pierre-Yves Kuster welcome you to one of the most beautiful and
exacting traditional goose and duck farms.
They know how to make visitors
understand and share their affection for the geese whom they cosset
for months before (not without a few tears) turning them into the
wonderful foie gras, rillettes and myriad of good things which their
numerous and loyal customers so enjoy.

Domaine de la Barbe
has 120 hectares of fields, meadows and woods. It is a working farm
whose main emphasis is on duck and goose breeding, and tourism,
leisure and holidays. On-site or nearby are :
fishing, walking, bicycle and horseback riding, golf courses, and
Perigord’s most beautiful sites are within a 60 kilometer radius.
