The jams are made with only 250g of sugar per kilo of fruit and at least ¾ of the fruit comes from Solange’s own land, the remainder being purchased from local producers.

By allowing the jams to simmer gently, neither the flavour nor the colour are impaired and an old-fashioned taste is created
