Brown Ale : ‘La Nonnette’
5,6% Alc. Vol.
33cl and 75cl bottles (beer cap)

Type : Unctuous brown ale. Notes of coffee and liquorice. Bitter finish.

Brewing method : Beer on pure-malt lees, non-filtered, non-pasteurised. Top fermentation.

Ingredients : Pure water (free of nitrates)
Barley and spelt malts, buckwheat flakes.
Hops in full flower.
 

     
 

Hemp Beer : ‘Al’Aven’
5% Alc. Vol.
33cl and 75cl bottles (beer cap)

Type : A light, fruity amber beer with a characteristically strong hemp flavour. Scarcely any bitterness. Makes a trendy alternative to wheat beers.

Brewing method : Beer on pure-malt lees, non-filtered, non-pasteurised. Top fermentation.

Ingredients : Pure water (free of nitrates)
Barley and wheat malts.
Hemp and hops in full flower.


Walnut Beer
4% Alc. Vol.
33cl and 75cl bottles (beer cap)

Type : A beautiful partnership of beer and walnuts. The latter are as present on the nose as in the mouth. A slightly bitter beer to be savoured. Can be married with many dishes either when cooking or at the table.

Brewing method : Beer on pure-malt lees, non-filtered, non-pasteurised. Top fermentation.

Ingredients : Pure water (free of nitrates)
Barley and wheat malts.
Walnuts (the «Corne » variety)
Hops in full flower.


Sweet Chestnut Beer :

4,8% Alc. Vol.
33cl and 75cl bottles (beer cap)

Type: The sweet chestnut as you imagine it, very sweet

Brewing method : Beer on pure-malt lees, non-filtered, non-pasteurised. Top fermentation.

Ingredients : Pure water (free of nitrates)
Barley and wheat malts.
Very vanilla-flavoured.
Sweet chestnut flakes.
