Wheat Beer : ‘La Dame
Blanche’
4% Alc. Vol.
33cl and 75cl bottles (beer cap)
Type : Light, wheat beer. Not bitter, very fruity. To be drunk
chilled. A thirst-quencher.
Brewing method : Beer on pure-malt lees, non-filtered,
non-pasteurised. Top fermentation.
Ingredients : Pure water (free of nitrates)
Barley and spelt malts.
Hops in full flower.
Light Ale : ‘Félibrée’
5% Alc. Vol.
33cl and 75cl bottles (beer cap)
Type : Slightly bitter. A very gentle beer to be savoured. The
colour of barley - and even more so.
Brewing method : Beer on pure-malt lees, non-filtered,
non-pasteurised. Top fermentation.
Ingredients : Pure water (free of nitrates)
Barley and wheat malts.
Hops in full flower.
Amber Ale : ‘Korlène’
5,6% Alc. Vol.
33cl and 75cl bottles (beer cap)
Type : Spicy gingerbread notes nicely balanced against an
unashamed bitterness. A beer to be savoured. Drink as an
apéritif or throughout the evening.

non-pasteurised. Top fermentation.
