Ingredients

• 6 eggs
• 1 cup flour
• 125g runny honey
• Granulated sugar
• 1 cup chopped hazelnuts
• Cream
• Walnut oil
 









Honey and Hazelnut Cake
 


Method


Mix the honey and egg yolks. Add a little flour, the chopped hazelnuts, sugar to taste and mix well, adding the cream little by little.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to the cake mixture. Grease a cake pan with walnut oil and pour in the cake. Cook at 200°C.
