The Issigeac Area Community of Communes is a Public Institution for Intermunicipal Cooperation (EPCI), created on 1 January 2010 by transforming the Intercommunal Association with Multiple Vocations (SIVOM). 28 years after that was created. It is the association of 16 municipalities, representing a population of 3414 inhabitants*, which have combined to implement a shared development and spatial planning project.
