History
Villamblard Region’s Community of Communes is made up of 17 communes :  Beauregard et Bassac, Beleymas, Campsegret, Clermont de Beauregard, Douville, Eglise Neuve d’Issac, Issac, Laveyssière, Maurens, Montagnac la Crempse, St Georges de Monclar, St Hilaire d’Estissac, St Jean d’Estissac, St Jean d’Eyraud, St Julien de Crempse, St Martin des Combes et Villamblard.
It was created on January 1, 2002. It’s headquarters are at Villamblard in the Community House.
Villamblard Region’s Community of Communes has set as its goals:
Improving the community territory, developing its economy, agriculture, tourism, treatment of social issues, sports and culture, within the framework of true solidarity among its member communes.

     
 
 

Geographic Location
Villamblard Region’s Community of Communes includes all the towns that make up the canton of Villamblard. Located in the triangle defined by Périgueux, Bergerac and Mussidan, in the very heart of the Perigord, its small villages have kept the rustic authenticity of a past rich in history.
