Elected Officials
President: Gilbert DE Miras
The President is the Community of Communes’ executive.
The board
prepares Community Council decisions. Each commune is represented. It
also performs the functions transferred by the Community Council.
The Community Council is composed of 24 regular members and as many
substitutes. It constitutes the deliberative body of the Community, it
is the place of debate and decisions. By deliberation, it regulates
the businesses falling within the Community of Communes’ scope of
activities.
The Community Council has
six committees, each of which
works in a specific domain. They prepare cases and report their work
to the board and the Community Council.
Human
Resources
Development Officer : Sylvie Baggio
•Accompanies the
CDC’s
territorial development processes;
•Assures the community’s general administration: prepares meetings,
represents the community to institutional partners...
•Is responsible for the study and implementation of strategies and
projects defined by the elected officials.
Accounts Secretary : Fabienne Barthélémy
•Assists the Development Officer by carrying out administrative
management functions: manages the mail, Community Council reports;
•Greets citizens;
•Assures the accounting: wages, invoicing, budget...
Childhood and Youth Coordinator : Sylvie Baggio
•Is responsible for the coordination among various existing or future
activities and structures related to children;
•Assures the interface among elected officials, institutions (CAF,
DDJS...)
and parents;
•Is responsible for the implementation of interesting projects for
children and youth in our region: development, financing, follow-up...
SPANC Technician : Emily Lagouarde
•Is responsible for managing the SPANC
•Assures the control of new non-collective cleansing installations;
•Is responsible for the follow-up of the mission carried out by
Hydroconseil for the control of existing installations;
•Assures the interface among elected officials, private individuals
and institutions.
