Power Shower
Invigorating and revitalising, the shower helps circulation and clears blocked tissues. The jets are directed at points from the ankles to the nape of the neck and, with individually adjustable pressure, can provide astonishingly powerful stimulation.

Steam Bath (2 places)
A soft heat reigns in this atmosphere, misty with essential oils of eucalyptus with temperatures varying from 35°C to 40°C. A 20 minute period of relaxation in the steam is followed by a warm to cold shower.

Body Relaxation with Essential Oils (1/4 hour,1/2 hour or 1hour sculpting)
Treatment relaxes the muscles, improves circulation, eases digestion, speeds up the elimination of waste and liberates deep-seated tension. It combats stress and eases pain.

Well-being Ayurvedic Treatment
The treatment is given on the floor or on a futon with organic sesame oils. 1h30 of ancient techniques which are by turn, draining, intense and gentle. A real pleasure!

Reflexology and general
This is a structured, efficient technique conducive to relaxation which promotes a sense of well-being and rejuvenation. Reflexology is used to soothe pain and unblock physical or psychological tensions, hence its profoundly relaxing effect.

Invigorated Legs Treatment
The treatment begins, with the help of a refreshing gel, with a hydro-massaging bath or a power shower to stimulate the circulation and eliminate toxins. A gentle, draining treatment clears blocked tissues, relieving the legs, and fights effectively against poor circulation. A power shower is recommended prior to this treatment.

Four-Seaweed Treatment  :
A slimming, invigorating, re-mineralising, relaxing treatment. Envelopment in iodised seaweed, sea-water rich seaweed acts against fat deposits and water retention. An energetic, manual sculpting session (of 10 mn minimum) completes the anti-cellulite effect.

Body Scrub :
Having difficult parts of the body, like the back, eliminates dead cells and leads to a real ‘soft skin’ effect without counting the fact that, scrubbing improves the efficacy of any treatment applied.
