The Relais de Conterie has two ‘chambres d’hôtes’ (B+B) and one holiday cottage on a magnificent property near St Emilion, in between the Dordogne and the Gironde départements.

The beautiful, sixteenth-century house, built of local stone is set in 7 hectares of vineyards and woods. In the heart of the « Périgord Pourpre » it is situated 25km from Bergerac, 30km from St Emilion and 80km from Bordeaux. A more ideal place for a peaceful holiday, a short stay or gourmet break, would be hard to find.

Muriel and Didier Haas are delighted to welcome guests to their property. Guests will find it easy to relax in the peace and tranquillity of the Relais de Conterie and, at the ‘table d’hôte’ will be fed upon delicious regional specialities and home-produced foie gras, duck confit and magret, home-made jam, and fruit and vegetables from the garden. Meals will either be served by the swimming pool or in the splendid 80m² dining room. Lunch can also be provided on request.
