Rental
conditions: weekly, being 7 nights, from Saturday 4 p.m. (arrival)
to the following Saturday 9 a.m. (departure), to a fortnight (two
weeks) in the high season from July 1 – August 26, 2007.
These rates include: for four persons maximum (including
children older than three), electricity, water, tourist taxes,
and swimming pool products.
Not included: Washing machine products.
Deposit (30%)
The balance to be paid 15 days before the stay begins.
Security deposit on arrival, and a certificate of insurance for
the holiday stay and furniture away from your primary residence
(Free from the insurer of your primary residence. General and
specific conditions in the contract.)
