			There are three studio flats for rent : - Astruga** 2 persons + 2 - Solelhada 2 persons - Ribieiral** 2 persons + 2 children

			Each flat comprises : • American-style kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, electric hob, microwave, fan oven, cafetière, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. • Bathroom with bath, shower fitment, double washbasin, hair-dryer. • Toilet • Bedroom with 160cm x 200cm double bed. • Living room with television and hi-fi. • Garden furniture Washing machine in the communal storeroom.

	Hotel-style Service • Supplement for house-cleaning : 50 euros • Linen provided : bathroom towels changed on request, sheets and household linen changed weekly. A supplement is charged for heating when it is used (check the electricity meter). • Cot and highchair available. No pets allowed.
