The
14-hectare vineyard produces
Bergerac and Montravel
appellation wine including dry and sweet white, rosé, red and
table wine.
On these lands, where well thought-out agriculture is practiced,
we raise pigs and poultry, force-feed geese, cultivate
vegetables and fruit destined to be part of the inn’s varied
menu. Our preserved food are processed and produced in the farm
tradition, in a certified laboratory.
We make all our patés and preserves ourselves.
