A fruity, supple wine made from an assemblage of regionally
traditional grape varieties: 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet
Sauvignon and 20% Cabernet Franc.
Château Marot
A wine worthy of ageing, produced from the vineyard’s oldest
vines. 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc and 30%
Merlot. Oak-aged.

Low temperature maceration and vinification gives the
Sauvignon dry wine its intense aromas and freshness. It is
delicious as an apéritif and accompanies fish and seafood
dishes remarkably well.

Planted on a south-facing hillside, the Sémillon grape variety
produces a sweet wine which is best drunk chilled as an
apéritif.
