An eighteenth-century, former Dutch property situated between La Brie Viticulture College and
the Château de Monbazillac which, until 1997, was run by the Lagarde and Feytout families.

After 20 years of collaboration between the families, Jean-Pascal Feytout has been managing the
property by himself since 1998.
