-AOC Montravel Fruity and round, although it is dry, are the most
appropriate terms for this blend of Semillon (roundness in the
mouth) and Sauvignon Blanc (fruity and freshness), developed
from aging on dregs for at least six months.
Some vintages are made into wine directly in oak, to associate
the tannins in the wood with those of the varieties of grapes
selected (predominantly Sauvignon).
